Brown's offers guests a choice of 117 stylish bedrooms, including 29 luxurious suites (of which four are super luxury including two Royal Suites). All of the air-conditioned rooms have dual-line phones, voice messaging, broadband Internet connections and digital flat-screen LCD televisions with interactive video on demand, iPod docking stations, minibar and safe. The style of the rooms is contemporary, with natural materials used throughout and antique pieces providing traditional accents. A selection of books and original English artwork make each room unique and provide a welcoming, homely touch; mansard rooms on the hotel's top floor feature timber floors, long banquettes at the windows and photos of well-known English politicians and writers who have a connection with the hotel.

Mark Hix and Lee Streeton offer an outstanding British menu, using only the finest of seasonal ingredients, in The Albemarle restaurant. While the restaurant retains its clubby feel, there is a much brighter, more elegant ambience, thanks to lightened wood paneling, 1930’s design features and banquette booths that provide both privacy and more space for diners. A full a la carte menu is offered, along with a daily lunch time carving trolley and a special set lunch and pre-theatre dinner menu.

The hotel's new and improved conference and banqueting facilities now comprise six meeting and function rooms for up to 72 people for lunch or dinner and 120 for drinks receptions. Each room boasts an abundance of natural light, high ceilings, and beautiful antiques.
